Omnidirectional hotwire probe for Thermal Comfort. Measuring range: air speed 0.05...5 m/s, temperature 0...+80 °C.

Measuring range: air speed 0.05 ÷ 5 m/s, temperature 0 ÷ +80 °C. Probe stem Ø 8 mm, length 230 mm.

Resolution: 0.01 m/s
Accuracy: ± (0,05 + 0,5% measure) m/s
Temperature drift@ 20 °C: 0.06 %/°C
Long term stability: 0.12 °C/year
Connection: 8-pole female DIN45326 connector
Protection dimensions: Ø=80 mm

Used with the thermal comfort data loggers HD32.3TC, the probe is used for calculating the following indices:

  • PMV – Predicted Average Rating
  • PPD – Dissatisfied percentage
  • TU – Turbulence
  • DR – Draught rate

The probe is also used for calculating Mean radiant temperature.

On request air speed ISO 17025 calibration certificate 0.15 – 5 m/s.
